Advertiser Pre-Approval Application

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Before you start this application, please carefully review our Advertiser & Sponsor Policy at https://aptapelvichealth.egnyte.com/dl/01VAHTYsFg If you are a prospective sponsor or advertiser, please complete this form for pre-approval to advertise through the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy for approval consideration. Upon submission, please allow for 7-14 business days for our Board of Directors to review your application. The Board of Directors reviews all advertiser pre-approval applications to ensure that the product/service being advertised is appropriate and aligns with the Academy’s mission. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 The Academy does not permit advertising of outside continuing education courses geared toward Physical Therapy professionals unless a mutual agreement or contractual arrangement has been made between another nonprofit organization and the Academy. Sometimes, APHPT may promote other APTA/ Academy continuing education events or may partner with other professional discipline membership associations to mutually advertise each others’ conferences. Some Entities sell a diverse arrangement of products, services, and continuing education courses. If approved, the Entity may only advertise their approved products or services but not their continuing education courses geared toward Physical Therapy professionals.
