VAR Integration Request Form
Please use this form to request the integration of virtual or augmented reality activities into your classroom or event.
Example: "PSYCH 100"
10 people can participate in headsets at one time, however, if students have another activity outside of the headset, they can visit the space at the same time and rotate in/out of headsets.

Will visitors complete the XR activity solo or as part of a team? *
VAR Edu has 10 VR headsets that can be used at one time, however, a larger group can attend one session if students are to be paired up (e.g., one partner is in the VR headset while the other partners watch what is occurring [in the VR headset] on a TV screen and provide verbal feedback) or they are assigned an activity to complete while taking turns with headsets.

Examples: VAR Attendant will provide participants with a handout to review before completing the XR activity or ask them to view a YouTube video.
