JUNIOR HUMAN CAPITAL What you will do: *Administrative support: Assisting with Department Managers on administrative tasks and projects  *Recruitment: Screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases  *Onboarding: Handling employee onboarding and orientation programs  *Employee records: Maintaining accurate employee records and databases  *Communication: Managing internal and external communications for the human resources department  *Policy development: Contributing to policy development by researching industry best practices and trends  *Training: Collaborating with team leads to identify training needs and development opportunities  *Compliance: Ensuring that the business complies with ethical, health and safety, and labor legislation  *Assessing employee performance: Recognizing present and future developments that appeal to company’s need What you will need: *BSc degree in Human Resource or relevant field (Highly Considered) *Minimum 1 year of experience as a Human Resource or similar role *Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, crucial for interacting with employees, managers, and external stakeholders *Knowledge of HR practices: Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee benefits, training, and disciplinary procedures *Data analysis skills: Ability to interpret HR metrics and use data to inform decision-making *Interpersonal skills: Building strong relationships with employees at all levels, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment *Organizational skills: Efficiently managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and maintaining accurate employee records *Problem-solving abilities: Identifying issues, analyzing situations, and finding effective solutions to HR challenges *Proficient in Google Workspace (i.e Docs, Sheets & Etc) *Non Smoking / Vape What Coffeenatics' offer: *Become a member of a fast-growing specialty coffee company from day one, and directly own the project *Steep learning curve and rapid career development experience *A dynamic international educated team and leadership *Regular company and team activities *Weekly specialised training opportunity (Leadership Camp, Coffee Class, Focus Group, etc) Placement: Coffeenatics HQ Jl Teuku Cik Ditiro, 8W, Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia
