2024 Strath Rodeo Vendor Application Form: Stall Holder

This form applies to all vendor sites except those that sell food for immediate consumption. If you wish to sell food for immediate consumption please complete the Foodies Form on our website. By submitting this application: • you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions • You declare all information provided by you is true and correct to the best of your knowledge • you agree to abide by the rules and directions of the Lower Lakes Stockman's Challenge & Bush Festival committee and/or their nominees at all times. Application Deadline: Vendor Applications must be received by 1 October 2024. Please contact our office if you have missed this deadline - we may have room for you! Event Date: 2 Nov 2024 Event Location: Langhorne Creek Rd, Strathalbyn SA Site Fee: $80 Power: All sites are unpowered. Vendors to supply their own power unless otherwise approved and arranged by the Committee. Insurance: Minimum $20 Million Public and Products Liability Insurance is required. Upload your Certificate of Currency below or email to info@lakeschallenge.com.au Application Process: All Vendor Applications will be considered on a first in, first served basis. You will be notified by email when your application has been approved and processed. Please contact our office if you require early notification. No booking is accepted and finalised until total payment, copy of current Public Liability Certificate of Currency and any other permits or licences are received. Payment: You will receive an invoice by email and payment is required within 7 days following acceptance of your Vendor Application. Payments can be made online with Credit/Debit cards or by bank transfer. Bump in/out: All Vendors must set up by TBA. Sites cannot be dismantled until Midnight unless by prior arrangement with Grounds Management. Vehicles cannot be moved between 3pm and Midnight unless by prior arrangement. Ground Management MUST be advised before moving vehicles to enable them to marshal you out. On Site Parking: On site parking at the event is available in the designated Vendor car park only. Please include in your application if you require parking for more than one vehicle. Gate Passes: Two complimentary Exhibitor/Vendor Passes will be issued to the Vendor upon receipt of your fully paid application. Passes must be presented at the gate or public entry fees will apply. Complimentary passes are for your site staff only. If you require more than two passes for staff please contact our office. Waste Disposal: Disposal of all vendor site waste, including liquid waste, is the responsibility of the Vendor. Additional Site Requirements: Please detail all your requirements on this application form. Additional requirements will not be available on the day unless ordered, approved and paid for in advance. Committee Approval: The Lower Lakes Stockman's Challenge & Bush Festival Committee has overall control of signage, materials and products sold or displayed at the event. Please note that any signage, material or products deemed inappropriate may be refused inclusion entirely at the discretion of the Committee. Site Infrastructure: All tents, awnings, umbrellas, signs etc. supplied by the Vendor must be secured and tied down so that there is no danger to others. Raffle Tickets: The sale of raffle tickets is not permitted without prior consent from the Lower Lakes Stockman's Challenge & Bush Festival Committee. Legal Responsibilities: It is the responsibility of the Vendor to ensure any activity undertaken meets all Commonwealth, State and Local Government regulations and all necessary licences and permits are current. The Lower Lakes Stockman's Challenge & Bush Festival Committee has a duty to provide a safe and healthy environment for workers, contractors, patrons and others participating in this event to the extent that it is reasonably practical. To ensure we provide a safe and healthy environment for all involved, any individual or group participating or organising this event MUST provide the following details and, where relevant, provide a risk assessment that details how you will set up, operate, coordinate and manage your activities.
