Building Meeting Room or Demo Room Pre-Show / After Hour Event Request Form

This form is for building meeting room or demo room exhibitors on ACC Level 2, ACC Level 3, and ACC North Level 2. This form does not apply to show floor booths in Halls A-D and ACC North Level 1. Please complete this form to request approval from NAMM Show Management to host an event outside of daily show hours in your private meeting room space. The 2024 NAMM Show Floor Hours: • Thursday, January 25: 10 am - 6 pm • Friday, January 26*: 10 am – 6 pm • Saturday, January 27*: 10 am – 6 pm • Sunday, January 28*: 10 am - 5 pm *Exhibitors can escort buyers onto the show floor early to hold meetings from 8–10 am on Friday, January 26, Saturday, January 27, and Sunday, January 28. All requests must be approved in advance. Show Management will reach out within 5 business days.

      SECURITY Once the scope of the event is provided, NAMM will determine the number of security guards required. If alcohol is ordered, a guard is required at each entrance/exit of the event to ensure no alcohol leaves the building. All security must be ordered through NAMM's preferred security provider, Allied Universal Event Services. BADGES/ENTRY Exhibitor will need to provide their own staff at the Convention Center glass doors to check-in guests for approved events. The exhibitor is responsible for managing their guests in case any issues arise. Guests must have a show badge and event invite/pass/wristband, provided by exhibitor. NAMM will determine the entrance doors guests will use to access event. FOOD & BEVERAGE All food and beverage must be ordered through Aramark. Please contact ACC-CATERING@ARAMARK.COM ELECTRICAL To save energy, Freeman electrical department powers down meeting rooms and show floor one hour after the show floor closes.
