PARK ATTENDANT Little Island’s Park Attendants are the frontline stewards of the park, and ensure a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for visitors. As a key member of the Park Operations team, Park Attendants actively contribute to maintaining the park’s beauty, cleanliness, and safety while creating a memorable experience for all who visit. Attendants will work collaboratively with staff across various departments and assist in day-to-day operations, problem-solving, and park maintenance. The Park Operations department includes Park Supervisors, Custodians, Facilities Staff, Horticulture staff, and Administrators, all working together to support the public’s experience. As a Park Attendant, you’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team committed to creating an exceptional public space. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a beautiful outdoor setting, engaging with a diverse community of park visitors while ensuring their experience is safe and enjoyable. This role also offers valuable hands-on experience in park operations, event coordination, safety protocols, and customer service, helping you develop skills that are transferable to a variety of fields. HOURLY RATE: $21.00 POSITION TYPE: This is a temporary position. Those interested in future opportunities will need to reapply.
