2024 Winterfest Handmade Market Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2024 Winterfest Handmade Market (formerly Craft Show & Sale)! The Market will take place in SLC on Tuesday December 3rd and Wednesday December 4th, 2024. This year, we are asking vendors to submit an application to ensure that this opportunity is accessible to all members of the UWaterloo community. We also aim to offer variety of products at a range of prices. How the selection process works: 1. You submit this application! 2. The UWSA Operations team removes identifying information and provides the Winterfest Handmade Market subcommittee (of the UWSA the Social & Fundraising Committee) with a list of vendor products with their associated price range. 3. The subcommittee selects vendors to populate the market. 4. You are notified! Deadline for Applications: Friday October 25, 2024.

The Winterfest Handmade Market is a fundraiser for staff and student grants. We ask that vendors donate at least 10% of their proceeds to this cause.

If you are selected as a vendor, you can decide what percentage to donate, if more than 10%.
