Free Trees for Community Spaces -Application for 24-25 Season

NeighborWoods sets aside a limited number of 5-gallon shade, small stature, and fruit trees for community projects each season. If you would like to plant trees at an AISD school, please request permission by submitting this Schoolyard Improvement form first: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe7CJxPfo-F2vQjWdr7bZYpV7-0ssLgNW1nscEGp8Mkzq22Hg/viewform We are unable to provide free trees for planting in public parks or right of way. If you would like to plant trees in a park, please contact Austin Parks Foundation: https://austinparks.org/ If you're interested in planting trees in a public right-of- way, please dial 311 to be routed to the city's Transportation and Public Works Department. The TreeFolks NeighborWoods program is a partnership with the City of Austin and Austin Energy.

Please note: We will follow up with this person to check the health of the trees and provide support.

I will call TreeFolks at (512) 443-5323, if I encounter any problems with my tree.
