TWC Deliverer Expression of Interest

The Todd Woodbridge Cup is a great opportunity to attract local primary schools to your venue each year to help grow participation, watch this short video (https://youtu.be/o1fdhEUo2wA) to see what its all about. Complete this form if your Tennis NSW affiliated club wishes to host a Todd Woodbridge Cup Zone event for your network of local schools in 2025. You will need to confirm your ability to meet all event requirements by selecting ALL check box options in order to submit the form and be considered to host an event. Hurry, expressions of interest close on Friday 22nd November 2024. Please note that if your club is engaging a coach to deliver your TWC event, they must also complete this EOI form. 'Zone' events are local club events and 'Regional Playoffs' events are where Zone event winners progress to, the 'State Final' is the final stage of the pathway.

Event Delivery Requirements
We agree to provide an TWC Deliverer (Event Coordinator) to facilitate the running of the event on the day(s). This is usually the venues head coach or manager.
Child Safety Requirements
Each TWC Deliverer, and any other event staff (as relevant to your venue) will need to provide current Working With Children Check certification when requested by Tennis NSW.

Event charges
We agree that it is our responsibility to charge local schools exactly $50+GST per team entered. All revenue generated goes to the host club. Some clubs choose to waive fees for their local schools which can be discussed with your Tennis NSW representative.
Venue/Deliverer Commitment
By completing this Expression of Interest we confirm that all information provided is true and correct. I also confirm that I understand and agree to be bound by the requirements of holding a Todd Woodbridge Cup event as set out in this form above. I understand and agree that compliance with these requirements is my responsibility to the exclusion of all others and that Tennis NSW assumes no liability for my failure to comply with these requirements.
