This form is for members of MB-affiliated labs to UPDATE information on the ManyBabies LabID List (https://manybabies.org/labids/). [To create a new LabID, please use the LabID Creation Form: https://airtable.com/appRoqMKzcK3NsXt4/shrrS4GAmjHq8iKUm] Please select your LabID and then enter information for any fields you would like to update. Unless otherwise specified in the "Notes" field, information entered here will be ADDED to exiting information. To request the removal of existing information, please specify in "Notes."
