It is important to us that we run hiring processes that are as debiased as possible. Accordingly, our first step is this form, which puts everyone on a level playing field when assessing experience and backgrounds. When we review, we filter out applicants' names to minimize bias. While we ask for your CV, we look at that after we have decided on which applicants will progress to the next part of the process. From here, the process includes: 1. Interview with the CMO (mid-January). 2. Complete a case study (paid). 3. Final interview with the wider management team. 4. Offer sent (end of January). Start date: Early February (or sooner for the right candidate). Our timeline is to make an offer by 31 January 2025. Thank you very much for giving your time to participate in the process.
