Request to be a Canopy Nominator

To surface a diverse set of innovative learning environments around the country, the Canopy project (www.canopyschools.org) relies on a racially and geographically diverse group of organizations to nominate schools they know whose work is promising. So far, 134 nominators have contributed to the project. If your organization is committed to equitable and student-centered learning, is not a school or school system, and is interested in nominating K-12 learning environments to the Canopy project, please submit your information below! (Please note: this form is to ask for information about becoming a nominator for the Canopy project. This form should not be used to nominate schools.)
