From Labs to Lives Nomination Form

This form will go to the UC Davis Strategic Communications department for consideration of UC Davis researchers to be included in the From Labs to Lives initiative. The initiative's purpose is to raise awareness about how federal funding of academic research directly improves the lives of the American public. You may nominate yourself, or a colleague.
