Renewing Member Form

Please fill out the following information to renew your membership in the Orthopterists' Society. AFTER COMPLETING THIS FORM your payment options are: 1) Pay using PayPal (via an account or a one-time payment with a credit card): http://orthsoc.org/membership/join-renew/ 2) You can pay in U.S. dollars in cash, by personal check, or international money order from a foreign bank with U.S. branch offices. If you want to make a payment through a bank transfer, contact Pamela J. Mihm, Treasurer at p.mihm@regency-multifamily.com for additional information. *Note: Checks from non-U.S. banks must be from a bank with a cooperating U.S. bank whose name appears on the check and which bears a barcode on the bottom margin of the check. Because a service fee of more than the value of the membership dues is charged on all other checks by our bank, the Society cannot accept these checks.
