Please provide details of your skills/ experiences in Tennis in the Metropolitan context that you consider make you a suitable candidate to join Metro Sydney e.g. playing experience, club involvement, experience delivering tournaments/events, or experience running or managing a tennis venue. Please detail your main motivations for wanting to join Metro Sydney, and what you would like to achieve during your time on the Committee if appointed.

As a condition of appointment to Metro Sydney it is a requirement that you provide screening documents (e.g. Working with Children Check clearance and a completed Member Protection Declaration) to Tennis NSW when requested. By completing this form you agree that you are willing and able to provide screening documents when requested by Tennis NSW.

All members of the Metro Sydney Committee will be bound by Tennis NSW policies including but not limited to the Metro Sydney Committee Charter, the Tennis NSW Board Code of Conduct and the Tennis Australia Member Protection Policy.
