Exhibitor Meeting Room Form

If you are exhibiting in a meeting room at the 2025 NAMM Show, please complete this form. Show Management will reach out to you to confirm receipt and will send to the Fire Marshal for final approval.

Please include each item that is applicable has been noted on your meeting room floorplan.
  • Aisle Width Measurements Included
  • All equipment is 18" below ceiling to account for sprinkler clearance
  • Drape Lines Indicated
  • Entrance/Exits Marked
  • Fire Equipment Shown on Diagram and are clear, visible, unobstructed
  • Flame Resistant Certificate provided for all drapes, decorative materials, faux hedges, etc . (See Fire Safety Rules & Regulations for complete list)
  • Front Entrance Displays Measurements Included (note check in desks, display cases, exhibit structures)
  • Furnishings such as chairs, tables, podiums, stages/risers noted
  • Key/Legend Provided
  • Structure Measurements Included
Room Diagram(s)
Please attach your current floorplan(s) in pdf format. This should include your entrance unit and or balcony, if applicable. Must be able to print onto 8.5"x11" or 11"x17" paper. These will be sent to the Fire Marshall for approval.

Who is building your booth?
Up to three keys complimentary. Each additional will be a charge of $100 per key. Keys not returned at show close will be charged a lost key fee of $100 per key.
Keys will be available for pick-up at the Show Management office location TBD beginning Monday, January 20, 2025.
Return keys to the NAMM Show Management Office no later than 10:00 am, Tuesday, January 28, 2025.
