Extended Care Sign Up

Please complete the form below if you would like to enroll your student/s in the Extended Care Program for the 2024-25 school year. Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 2:30 - 5:00 pm Fridays: 3:00 - 5:00 pm Pricing: - $1,700/year for two days per week, M/W or T/Th - $2,300/year for three days per week, M/W/F or T/Th/F - $4,000/year for five days per week M-F - Late Pick-Up Fees: Pick-up between 5-5:15 pm = $20 Pick-up between 5:15-5:30 pm = $35 - Drop-In Rate is $25 per day (if space available) All fees are billed monthly via FACTS. If families withdraw from the program (with two weeks minimum notice), they will be billed through the end of the trimester regardless of attendance. If your student desires to do sports, they can take part and then will be brought back to the Extended Care Program until pick up.
