Are you interested in working with Midwest Games? Please send over some basic information below to get started, we'd love to chat more but want to make sure we have all your key information. We prefer to communicate in a transparent and candid manner, so please note: 1. We are not funding ANY new projects at this time. If you are already funded by other means (VC, Kickstarter, bootstrap, acceleration fund, etc.), we can discuss whether paid publishing services or a deeper partnership could be directions we can help you with. 2. While we would love to talk with everyone who submits possible projects, this is not a realistic expectation. Please don't take offense if you don't hear from us right away (or at all). If this all sounds okay so far, the lawyers insist we confirm some legal details before you continue...

In order to submit your playable game (“Game”) for Midwest Games ("MWG") consideration, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1) You own, or control the rights, of all parts of your Submission Materials and Game (gameplay, characters, design, art, code, content, music, etc.). 2) You have not used anyone else’s gameplay, characters, design, art, code, content, music, or the like, in your Game or Submission Materials (including open source). 3) You understand and agree that you are submitting your Game and Submission Materials to us over the internet and any internet transaction cannot be 100% secure. Your Game and Submission Materials will be reviewed by the team at MWG and will not be confidential. 4) You understand and agree that MWG, as a game publisher, may currently or in the future, wholly independently, be developing internally, or receiving from other third party developers, games or submission materials that coincidentally may be similar to portions of your Game or Submission Materials, or otherwise competitive with your Game. 5) MWG receives a high volume of Submission Materials for consideration. You understand and agree that by submitting your Game and Submission Materials, MWG is not guaranteeing any publication, payment, partnership, review, feedback, communication or return of Submission Materials. 6) You understand and agree that the personal information you submit about yourself will be used by MWG to contact and communicate with you and for its company records. 7) You are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must be the individual who agrees to these terms and submits your Game and Submission Materials on your behalf.
