Steve, we are not a law practice, nor are we solicitors. But I thought people, particularly in the UK, should know about us and the work we’ve been doing since October 2020. Presently we are in communication with a London barrister who recently provided us a 27-page advice on our 130-page case summary. We have almost 3,000 potential claimants whose claims cover all of the above areas.
I haven’t ticked ‘medical license’ because there is another English firm who has covered that area already so
I operate a small and very busy practice. Due to my public profile, I am approached with more cases than I have the capacity to take on (and therefore do not maintain a website). However, I do take new cases every so often and encourage people to contact me if, as is often the case, no other lawyer is willing to take on their COVID-related case or demands too much money to do so.
Susan has provided legal assistance to medical health professionals, employees, employment insurance (EI) claimants, parents and others whose lives have been adversely impacted by vaccine mandates and restrictive government policies arising out of fears over covid-19. In late March, 2020, Susan was one of the first to express concern over government policies surrounding covid-19. I've worked mostly in environmental law. However, once the pandemic arrived, I've been reading the medical literature and the anti-mandate cases. I've collected a large database of articles, studies and cases. I've assisted Patricia Finn on several mandate cases.
I'm looking for special projects, such as assembling records, rather than 9-5 work. Besides working with data, I'm good at copy editing and proofreading.
I enforce civil money judgments. In prejudgment litigation I can work under the supervision of an attorney as an unregistered remote-work paralegal. (I know a proven way around California paralegal registration requirements.)
I can primarily help with denials of vaccine exemptions requests in California as well as retaliation for engaging in protected activities at workplace.
Where a California employer is also the entity that administers a vaccine (e.g. employer is a medical facility), and the vaccine causes an injury, we are able to consult with regard to workers’ compensation insurance benefits claims.
Trial-oriented Conflict Resolution.
For more than a quarter-of-a-century I have continued my successful practice of law, informed by my knowledge of psychology, and with a strong focus on justice, trial work and conflict resolution, particularly in the areas of family law, personal injury claims, constitutional law, and civil rights litigation.
We are a new foundation/non-profit primarily focusing on lawsuits against policies around mandates and other basic rights violations, but we are also helping vaccine victims.
Liberty Counsel has a nationwide practice. We have a large network of Affiliate Attorneys who practice in additional areas within all the listed categories. In addition to all the list of categories, we also work with transplant patients.
I have ample experience representing healthcare providers before medical boards and have saved many a license . I understand the obstacles in hospital litigation and am well versed in Remdesivir hazards. Have tried many multi million dollar malpractice cases to a successful conclusion and held the verdicts through appeal. I now represent catastrophically injured persons against all entities. I know the inner workings of the healthcare industry and that is why I left it in 2019. I do not accept
For the last two years, I have had an informal partnership with another attorney here in Maine. Together we sued the State of Maine in order to challenge Gov. Mill's Covid vaccination mandate for healthcare workers (regrettably we did not prevail). We have also successfully represented physicians who dissent from the establishment Covid narrative.
I am personally outraged at the unlawful and arbitrary vaccine mandates on all levels, and would like to assist the good folks in my area that have been financially and emotionally impacted by this travesty.

I am not an attorney, however:
1. As an RN of 32 years, I have been mandated out and passed over for positions for two years now and want to learn. I believe I might even be blacklisted
2. A an LNC, I am interested in helping attorneys with vaccine injury and medical malpractice cases.
There would be no work more fulfilling than to assist attorneys with deciphering the medicine by going through the medical charts and helping victims of these pharmaceuticals. I am looking forward to meeting

My partner and I left equity partnership positions in a big firm and started our firm on 1/1/22. We have major litigation against the Mayor of NY pending for DeBlasio's vaccine passport to get into restaurants, and I am personally suing the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey for imposing a standing order requiring vaccination. However, we also represent many others who have lost jobs or have otherwise been discriminated against do to being unvaccinated
My practice is primarily devoted to medical malpractice law. I've also represented doctors before boards for wrongful de-certification and discipline (based on pretext). I would like to (selectively) represent good physicians who've lost privileges or Certifications due to improper proceedings. Am licensed NY State and prefer NY clients. For out of state I would need partner with local counsel, but that can be arranged.
I am a New York and Connecticut licensed attorney who represents people seeking exemptions and remedies for discrimination in connection to their places of employment and education. I also represent medical malpractice clients after spending years working for firms representing healthcare professionals. I take a creative approach to achieve positive results for clients and I am researching strategies to pierce the unconstitutional legislation passed by Congress that has attempted to shield Big P
I am a corporate/business lawyer, but we have attorneys in our firm who can handle any of the above matters. Please contact me directly and I can connect with the appropriate person in our firm. Our firm has attorneys licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
I am defending Labour and Employment Law cases, unemployment benefits cases, family law cases (parental authority cases for vaccination of children), tickets for unwearing masks, constitutional contestation cases, ...
Because I am not vaccinated, it is not simple for me to get to the conference : USA still requests two doses for international fly. I will have to come earlier, on the 23rd, so if I can be in touch with Steve Kirsh, it would be awesome!
While we are based in Australia, our arguments and the evidence we have collected can be utilised in other jurisdicitons, particularly relating to transmission and safety.

We have spoken to folks about vax injuries and hospital negligence, but Texas has a harsh law on the medical side. I'd still be open to talking to folks.
In our firm, Isaiah Kalinowski has 15+ years of vaccine injury litigation, and Tim Bosson has 15+ years of experience in employment discrimination and wrongful termination. Both Isaiah an Tim have a robust background in a number of religious liberties cases.
Have represented various businesses and individuals in enforcement actions brought by Washington State under Governor Jay Inslee's emergency proclamations.
