This is an APPLICATION form for vendors interested in having a booth space at Main Street Mingle Market. ***No booth spaces are guaranteed until: - You receive notification of your accepted application; - You submit your signed vendor contract (provided upon acceptance) - AND you have paid your vendor fee. You will be notified within 3-5 business days as to whether or not your application has been accepted. Located at the Virden Town Square, Virden Illinois 62690 - Macoupin County. $40 - 10'x10' Space. $75 - 10'x20' Space. $15 - 6' Table Top Only. NO Capoies - Large Umbrellas Acceptable (Table not provided FREE- Nonprofits/Churches/Schools & City Organizations - Just pick the size of booth required. Set up 8 am. We have volunteers on hand to help you bring it all from the car and help you set up, take down and return your items to your car. Just let us know you need help

The invoice must be paid in full to receive the discounted price. If purchasing the whole season, full payment must be received by April 3, 2024.

We cannot guarantee electricity to every vendor, so please only indicate that you need electricity if you absolutely MUST have it to set up at the market.
Marketing Acknowledgment:
By submitting my business information and photos, I agree to allow Neatos Elemments and Main Street Mingle Market to use my Business Name, description, and submitted photos to advertise my business as part of Main Street Mingle Market.
Responsibilities:
Neatos Elements - Main Street Mingle is not responsible to supply any set up, change, cc processor, etc. This is the soul responsibility of the vendor. Example of items we can not supply: Canopies, tables, chairs, weights, displays etc.
Application Acknowledgment:
I understand that this is an application and I will be notified within 3-5 business days as to whether or not my application to set up at Main Street Mingle has been accepted.
Contract & Fee Acknowledgment:
I understand that if I am accepted, my space will not be reserved until I have signed and returned my vendor contract and paid the vendor fee.
Due Date Acknowledgment:
I understand that, even if I am accepted, failure to submit my contract and vendor fee by the Wednesday prior to the event will result in the loss of my space and it will be given to another vendor.
All fees are non refundable or transferable.
