The Community Action Lab is an extensive project requiring a lot of communication and coordination on the community's part in order to ensure the project's effectiveness. Does your community have a plan for structuring the management of this project? Will the project be spearheaded by a mayor, city council, city administrator, etc.?

The Community Action Lab is an intense, 2-year commitment. For the first year: Action Team members will participate in virtual coaching sessions every other week, and a group of local leaders will engage in quarterly virtual briefings. Does this expectation feel reasonable for your community?
