Nuwa Capital - Open Internship Application

👋 At Nuwa Capital, we are looking for analyst interns (investments and operations) to join us this summer for an internship program. This program will last for a period of 6-8 weeks and participants will get to work closely with the team as we continue to grow the firm. As such, we require that you be in Dubai or Riyadh for the majority of the duration of the program. As a member of our team, you will gain a holistic understanding of the workings of a venture capital firm and be immersed in all relevant meetings, including pitches, pipeline meetings, and portfolio review sessions. You will also be directly involved in the building of our new funds and programs. This includes: •Conducting research and analysis on emerging trends and business models, key to helping shape our investment rationale •Supporting in evaluating new investment opportunities and aiding our pipeline process •Performing market and financial analysis as we build business cases for opportunities we would like to pursue •Supporting in the development of the firm's materials, with a target audience of Limited Partners, HNWI and other investors. •Build out a network of seasoned entrepreneurs and industry experts Qualifications •Currently studying or recently graduated •Strong business acumen with knowledge of financial analysis •A personal interest in the MENA startup/VC ecosystem •Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills •Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and complimentary presentation skills to produce clear, crisp, and effective storytelling (w/excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, etc) This program is designed for individuals looking to gain experience in the VC space (in both investments and operations), with an outlook on the MENAT Region. Individuals taking part in this program will graduate with an understanding of the investment process, fund mechanics, market scoping and thesis building for one of the leading funds in the region.
