Appeal Intake Form - The Veterans Consortium

The Veterans Consortium was created primarily to assist those who have received a final decision from the Board of Veterans Appeals (Board) and want to appeal that decision to the Court. You have 120 days from the date of the Board decision to start your appeal to the Court. If you have a recent and final Board decision, please fill out the following Intake form. (Note that this form is NOT for assistance with a Discharge Upgrade) If you are seeking to file a new or supplemental claim, or appeal a Regional Office or rating decision, you should reach out to a Veterans Service Organization for assistance.
