Added prompts which will now be used instead of input controls, one for the AMI Percentage filter (whether to show or hide those in the 20.1-80% range) and another for the inclusion in report filter (whether to show or hide those who are not specified for inclusion). This change results in a reduction from 8 input controls to 2 prompts, saving the user time and simplifying the process. The report can now be run in either View or Schedule mode.
