Change Of Shared Tenancy

LEASE HOLDERS – I/we agree to the changes as outlined in this notice and continue to accept full responsibility for the property as well as any approved applicants who are not on the lease. I/we understand that the Original Inspection Report document remains in place and will be referred to at the end of the tenancy. EXITING LEASE HOLDER – I/we agree to the transfer of my/our portion of the current bond lodged on my/our behalf to the remaining lease holder/new leaseholder, and I/We have made arrangements with these parties for these amounts to be returned to me/us. By signing the ‘Notification of Change of Tenant’ form, I/We acknowledge that this arrangement has been made and I/we have no further recourse on my/our portion of the Bond. APPROVED OCCUPANTS – I/we understand that having completed the tenancy application process and providing my full identification, I have been accepted as an approved tenant of the above listed property. I will abide by the terms and conditions of the Tenancy Agreement however the leaseholders will be held responsible for my actions. I/we understand that the Original Inspection Report document remains in place and will be referred to at the end of the tenancy.
