Bookings must be confirmed by our office one week prior to the event date to allow adequate lead time to confirm performers' schedules. Special consideration for an abbreviated timeline is granted for memorials. A booking is considered confirmed once a client agrees to move forward with the event proposal and quote provided by Hire Juilliard Performers. CANCELLATION POLICY: Required notice for cancellations without penalty is two weeks or more. Bookings made less than two weeks before the performance are automatically subject to a penalty of 50% of the fee if the performance is cancelled.
